Ranch Pork Chops
After a day of running errands, taking the kids to and fro, or a long work day, the last thing you want to think about is what to make for dinner. This dish is made with pantry staples, so you’ll be able to whip it up in the morning whenever you’re in a rush but still want something flavorful and comforting for dinner. Cook up some Cornbread when you get home; it’ll soak up the gravy on everyone’s plate.

- 6 (5-ounce) boneless pork chops
- 1 (1-ounce) packet ranch dressing and seasoning mix
- 2 (10.75-ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
Instructions
- Spray the insert of a 6-quart slow cooker with cooking spray.
- Place the pork chops into the slow cooker. Sprinkle half of the ranch seasoning over the chops. Cover the chops with the soup. Sprinkle the remaining ranch seasoning on top. Cover and cook for 4 hours on high. Serve.
