Seriously healthy and seriously delicious—and if you aren’t into keto but still want to try these pops, sub in the real sugar in the form of maple syrup or agave!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 ripe avocados
  • Juice of 2 limes (about 1/3 cup)
  • 3 tablespoons Swerve or other sugar alternative
  • 3/4 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 cup keto friendly chocolate (such as Lily’s)

Instructions

  1. Combine avocados, lime juice, sweetener, and coconut milk in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth and pour into popsicle molds.
  2. Freeze mixture until firm, 6 hours or overnight.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave until the chips are melted.
  4. Let chocolate cool to room temperature.
  5. Dip frozen pops in chocolate and serve.
