
Slow Cooker Chocolate Lava Cake

- 1 (15.25-ounce) box chocolate cake mix
- 3 large eggs
- 3 1/4 cups milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 teaspoon espresso powder
- 1 (3.4-ounce) box chocolate instant pudding mix
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup bittersweet chocolate chips
- Whipped cream for serving
- fresh raspberries for serving
Instructions
- Lightly coat a 6-quart slow cooker with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the cake mix, eggs, 1 1/4 cups of the milk, the oil, and espresso powder until smooth. Pour the mixture into the slow Beat the pudding mix with the remaining 2 cups milk until combined, then pour over the cake batter. Sprinkle the chocolate chips over the pudding layer. Do not stir.
- Cover and cook for 2 to 2 1/2 hours on High or until the sides of the cake are set and the middle is gooey.
- Serve with whipped cream and raspberries.
