
Make-Ahead Nutty Cookie Lasagna
This looks and tastes like a cloud—a peanut butter cookie cloud, that is! Once assembled and left to chill overnight, the cookies absorb some of the whipped topping and your fork will cruise right through the cloud of fluff. It will take you 10 minutes to make, and the same amount of time for everyone to devour it.

- 1 (16-ounce) box peanut butter sandwich cookies
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter, melted
- 1 (3.4-ounce) box instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 (8-ounce) container whipped topping
Instructions
- Line the bottom of an 8 × 8-inch baking dish with cookies.
- Top with half of the melted peanut butter and sprinkle half of the pudding powder over the peanut butter.
- Add half of the whipped topping.
- Repeat with another layer of cookies and the remaining peanut butter, pudding powder, and whipped topping. Crush the remaining peanut butter cookies and sprinkle over the top.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight. Serve.
