- 1 gallon vanilla ice cream
- 12 chocolate graham crackers
- 1 (16-ounce) bag frozen mixed fruits, including peaches
Instructions
- Bring the vanilla ice cream out of freezer and allow it to thaw for 5 to 10 minutes. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Lay out 6 chocolate graham crackers on the baking sheet.
- Combine the ice cream with the fruit and mix well.
- Scoop the fruity ice cream onto the chocolate crackers and top each with another chocolate cracker. Press gently to ensure the crackers don’t break.
- Freeze for 1 hour before serving.
