Strawberry Pie
What I love about fruity desserts is that they can naturally be bright pink! This reminds me of strawberry ice cream with its buttery thick texture and hunks of ripe berries hiding inside. With a little whipped cream and graham cracker crust, a slice or two is the cure to any blues on a hot summer day.
