The gooier a dessert is, the yummier it tends to be. And believe me, this dessert is plenty gooey and yummy, thanks to the melted chocolate both on top and on the inside.

Instructions

  1. Lightly coat a 6-quart slow cooker with cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the cake mix, eggs, 1 1/4 cups of the milk, the oil, and espresso powder until smooth. Pour the mixture into the slow Beat the pudding mix with the remaining 2 cups milk until combined, then pour over the cake batter. Sprinkle the chocolate chips over the pudding layer. Do not stir.
  3. Cover and cook for 2 to 2 1/2 hours on High or until the sides of the cake are set and the middle is gooey.
  4. Serve with whipped cream and raspberries.
