Peanut Butter Bars
If my husband had his way, he would eat chocolate ice cream with peanut butter and M&Ms for dessert every night, so thank goodness my experimentations, like these bars, have added a little variety to our peanut butter consumption.

- 8 tablespoons (1 stick / 1/2 cup) unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup peanut butter chips, plus extra for garnish
- White chocolate chips for garnish
Instructions
- Line an 8 × 8-inch square pan with aluminum foil.
- In a medium bowl, combine the melted butter, graham cracker crumbs, and powdered sugar. Add the peanut butter and stir to combine. Spread the mixture into the prepared baking pan.
- In a small microwaveable bowl, melt the semisweet chocolate chips with 1/2 cup of the peanut butter chips on 50% power in 30-second increments, stirring in between each, until melted.
- Pour the melted chocolate on top of the peanut butter bars and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until the bars are set.
- Remove from the refrigerator, cut into squares, and top with peanut butter chips and white chocolate chips.
