Delightful Donut Casserole
I absolutely love donuts. I am famous for my pumpkin donut recipe, I own a pair of pants with donuts on them, and instead of a wedding cake, my husband and I served up hot, fresh assorted fried donuts! So when there is a way to combine them with more cinnamon and butter, sign me up!

- Casserole
- 1 (15-ounce) box donut holes
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Topping
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and lightly coat an 8 × 8-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- For the casserole: Place the donut holes in the baking dish. Combine the butter, sugar, egg, cinnamon, and vanilla in a small bowl and sprinkle over the donut holes.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- For the topping: While the casserole bakes, combine all the ingredients in a small bowl.
- Remove the casserole from the oven and top with the sugar mixture. Bake for another 10 minutes until golden. Let cool slightly before serving.
