Yes, you read that right. There are only two ingredients needed to make this recipe. Skeptical? There’s no need to be. Two ingredients truly are all you need to whip up a dessert you’ll never forget!

Ingredients
- 1 (16-ounce) box angel food cake mix (one-step, “add water” type)
- 22 ounces lemon pie filling
- Confectioners’ sugar (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly coat a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, combine the cake mix and the lemon pie filling.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes, until lightly golden.
- Cut into bars or use a ring mold and cut into circles. Serve dusted with confectioners’ sugar, if you wish.
