Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 4 cloves peeled garlic, grated
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chive
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. The aioli will keep for a week in an airtight container.
