Ingredients
- 2 pounds potatoes, cut into 1-inch chunks
- 1 cup Miracle Whip or mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup chopped yellow onion
- 1/4 cup chopped scallions
- 4 large hard-boiled eggs, chopped
Instructions
