Ingredients
- 6 hard-boiled eggs
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Garnish with paprika or cayenne pepper
- Slice the eggs in half lengthwise. Scoop out the yolk and place into a medium bowl. Set the egg whites aside.
- Add the mayonnaise, mustard, sugar, vinegar, salt, and pepper to the yolk bowl. Mix thoroughly.
- Using a piping bag, place the yolk mixture back into the egg white. Garnish with paprika or cayenne pepper.
