Deviled Eggs

  1. Slice the eggs in half lengthwise. Scoop out the yolk and place into a medium bowl. Set the egg whites aside.
  2. Add the mayonnaise, mustard, sugar, vinegar, salt, and pepper to the yolk bowl. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Using a piping bag, place the yolk mixture back into the egg white. Garnish with paprika or cayenne pepper.
