Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • Zest and juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Wooden skewers, soaked in water

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the olive oil, dried oregano, lemon zest, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
