Ingredients
- 8 cups chicken broth
 - 1 cup small pasta (acini di pepe or orzo)
 - 4 cups fresh spinach, chopped
 - 1 carrot, diced
 - 1 celery stalk, diced
 - 1 onion, finely chopped
 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano
 - Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- In a large pot, sauté onion, celery, and carrot in olive oil until softened.
 - Add garlic and oregano, sauté for an additional minute.
 - Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.

 - Stir in spinach and meatballs, cooking until spinach wilts and meatballs are heated through.
