Appetizing Paprika Poppers

Bite-sized mini peppers stuffed with creamy, smoky paprika-infused cheese and wrapped in crispy bacon. A perfect balance of savory, smoky, and slightly sweet flavors.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 10 mini sweet peppers
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 4 bacon strips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the mini sweet peppers in half and remove the seeds.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese and smoked paprika.
  4. Stuff each pepper half with the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Wrap each stuffed pepper with a bacon strip.
  6. Place the wrapped peppers on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the bacon is crispy.
