Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons blueberries—fresh or frozen
- 1/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon flour, almond meal, or ground flax (or a combination of them)
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon honey, maple syrup, or sugar
- Optional: 1 tablespoon yogurt or whipped cream
Instructions
- Grease a microwave-safe mug or bowl with butter or oil.
