Bartlett pears

This is a longtime favorite pear. In late summer, pears are ready for harvest. Bartlett pears are juicy, sweet, and tender—perfect for eating, canning, and preserves. If stored properly, Bartlett pears will keep for up to three months. The Bartlett needs a pollination buddy with the same bloom period; Moonglow, Anjou, and Orient are good choices.
