Fruit pizza is the often overlooked dessert option which is a bummer because it’s delicious, healthy, and packed with flavor in pizza slice-sized servings. Give this refreshing and light dessert a chance this spring and let the kids help you make it too!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups cornflakes
  • 1 cup pecans
  • 1/3 cup corn syrup
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 4 ounces Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar, plus more if needed
  • Assorted fruit for topping

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine the cornflakes, pecans, corn syrup, and powdered sugar. Pulse until combined and the cornflakes and pecans are finely
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan or pie plate to form a
