Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • 1 cup sliced oyster mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup crumbled goat cheese
  • 1 small onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Sauté onions and mushrooms in olive oil until caramelized.
  2. Roll out puff pastry and place on a baking sheet.
  3. Spread goat cheese over pastry, top with mushroom mixture, and sprinkle with thyme.
