  • 1 cantaloupe, peeled, seeded, and cut into 1-inch chunks
  • 1/3 cup crème fraîche


  1. In a food processor, puree the cantaloupe (reserving some for garnish, if desired), crème fraîche, ginger, honey, nutmeg, lime juice, and salt until smooth.
