Red Pontiac Potatoes

A garden favorite, Red Pontiac potatoes are known for producing large tubers with thin red skin and sweet white flesh. This all purpose potato stores well and is perfect for boiling, roasting and steaming. Since the skins are so thin we recommend allowing this variety to cure in the ground for one to two weeks after the vines die back.
