Miyashige radish

For a daikon stunner, try the large white Miyashige radish. This winter radish takes up to 60 days from seed to harvest, but it can be stored for eight weeks or more over the winter. This variety is frost-tolerant so you can sow mid-summer for a fall crop without worry. Miyashige radishes taste slightly spicy and grow 12 to 18 inches long and 2 to 3 inches wide.
