Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons dried oregano
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. In a bowl, mix the olive oil, dried oregano, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the oregano mixture over them. Make sure each chicken breast is coated with the mixture.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25 to 30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and has a golden-brown color.
