What Else Can You Do with Chamomile?

Preparing a chamomile compress.

Besides brewing the conventional chamomile tea, you can make soap, shampoo, compresses for reducing inflammation, and potpourri from the dried flowers of your chamomile plants. If you harvest German chamomile by including the long stems, you can use the flowers in dried flower arrangements. Home brewers often use chamomile in their beers.
