Garlic Gremolata

Garlic Gremolata

I love using this Garlic Gremolata as a topping for fish, chicken, or steak, but it’s also great on pasta, rice, or vegetables. Basically, if you can think of it, you can probably top it with this Garlic Gremolata, and it will taste amazing.

This garlicky condiment is so easy to make—it only requires a few simple ingredients, and it comes together in just minutes! What I love most about this is that it can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge to have ready whenever you need it. I always have a batch of this Garlic Gremolata on hand, because you never know when you’ll need a little zing in your dish. It’s my go-to flavor booster!

This classic Italian recipe is simple, flavorful, and versatile, and it’s a great way to use up any leftover herbs you have in your kitchen. I always have parsley and lemon on hand, so this is the perfect recipe for me. When you make it, you can adjust the ingredients to suit your taste. I like mine with a little more garlic, so I add an extra clove or two, but feel free to adjust the amount of garlic to your liking. You really can’t go wrong with this recipe.

Any meal with gremolata lets you know that it is a dish meant to be savored. It’s the perfect combination of fresh, zesty, and fragrant flavors, and it really elevates whatever dish it is added to. If you’re looking for a way to add some zest to your meals, look no further than this Garlic Gremolata!

Swirl it into soups, spread it over fish or steak, or dollop it on a homemade pizza. You’ll wonder how you lived without it.
