1 cup flat-leaf parsley leaves
1 clove garlic, grated

Instructions

Finely chop the parsley leaves. You should end up with about a 1/2 cup.
Mix the parsley leaves with the grated garlic and the lemon zest.
Gremolata will keep for three days in an air-tight container in the refrigerator.
