Ha’Ogen melons were developed on the Ogen kibbutz in Israel; Ha’Ogen means the anchor. These heirloom melons could be the anchor of your melon crop. This plant produces melons that are about 3 pounds each. The pale green flesh has a distinctive light orange ring around the seed cavity.
