White broccoli? Yes indeed. This sprouting broccoli offers high yields and vigorous plants with creamy white heads. But, to enjoy Burbank broccoli you have to be patient. This variety should be sown in the spring for harvest 220 days later—in February and March. Yet how wonderful to be harvesting broccoli from your garden in late winter?

  • Thin to 18 inches apart
  • Space rows 36 inches apart
