This quinoa from Chile boasts lilac-colored seed heads and smaller than average white seeds. Gardeners like it because it matures earlier than most quinoa varieties, but still produces a high yield. You won’t find a prettier quinoa seed for cooking.

  • Matures on the early side of the 90- to 120-day growing season
