The secret to these skewers lies in the tantalizing marinade, which imparts a zesty kick to your vegetable dish. For added convenience, you can prepare the marinade a day or two in advance, streamlining your evening meal preparations. Simply combine teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, honey, and sesame oil in a bowl, whisking until thoroughly blended.
