Seville sour oranges

If you love authentic English orange marmalade, the Seville sour orange is the essential fruit to make the real thing. This is a terrific cooking, baking, juicing, and zesting orange, with a wonderfully aromatic rind. This tree is adaptable to container growing.

  • Full sun (six to eight hours)

  • 5.5 to 6.5

Hardiness Zones

  • Outdoors: 8 to 11
  • Patio: 4 to 11

Mature Size

  • Height: 10 to 15 feet
  • Spread: 3 to 4 feet

  • 1 to 1 1/2 inches per week
