Garlic chives have thin, flat leaves and a delicate garlic flavor. You may also see them labeled as Chinese leeks. In their second year of growth, these plants will produce lovely white flowers which you can cut for floral arrangements or pull apart to sprinkle on dips, sauces, soups, and more. A great addition to potato salad. Cut the leaves off at ground level.
