This popular rhubarb variety has tender, sweet stalks that are red through-and-through. These plants are cold-hardy and will tolerate most soils, as long as the soil is well-drained. Baked or boiled, this rhubarb keeps its rich, vibrant color. Hardy down to zone 2 with some extra winter protection.
