1 head of Ice Queen Lettuce (Iceberg), cut into 4 wedges
8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 egg, chopped
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/4 red onion, finely chopped
2 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped
1/4 cup balsamic reduction

For the blue cheese dressing:

1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup buttermilk
4 oz blue cheese, crumbled
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

For the dressing, mix all ingredients in a bowl until well combined. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Place each lettuce wedge on a plate.
