Fairy Tale eggplant is considered one of the best-tasting eggplants. They’re fast to grow, tender, sweet, creamy, and flavorful, and they produce a ton of fruit, sometimes in clusters. They are also small, and their skin is thin with few seeds, which means you can simply slice them down the middle and throw them on the grill to cook.
