Introducing the Garlic: Garden to Table Recipe Kit

For a garden that will wake you up in the spring or fall with one of our favorite herbs, take advantage of this guide to growing your own garden-to-table garlic.

By Amanda MacArthur

Hey there, my fellow garlic enthusiasts! If you’re anything like me, you’re obsessed with this little bulb of deliciousness. I mean, is there ever a time when you don’t have garlic in your kitchen? And let’s be real, your grater is probably your most-used utensil, am I right? Well, I’ve got some exciting news for all of us garlic lovers out there: We’ve just released our Garlic: Garden-to-Table Recipe Card Kit, and it’s going to change your garlic game forever! This is certainly my most favorite recipe kit to work on because it stars my favorite herb!

Now, let’s talk about why garlic is so amazing (in case you didn’t already know). Did you know that it’s been around for thousands of years, not just making our meals tastier but also helping people stay healthy? It’s true! Garlic has a rich history that started in Central Asia and then spread to every corner of the world.

The ancient Egyptians were seriously into garlic. They used it as currency and even put it in their pharaohs’ tombs for the afterlife. Can you imagine? Garlic as money? Sign me up! And the Greeks and Romans believed that garlic could give their soldiers superpowers like strength and courage. Who needs a motivational speech when you’ve got garlic on your side?

But wait, there’s more! Garlic isn’t just a flavor powerhouse; it’s also been used as medicine for centuries. Feeling under the weather? Garlic’s got you covered. Concerned about your heart health? Garlic to the rescue! It’s all thanks to a compound called allicin that’s released when you chop or crush the cloves. It’s like a magic potion for your body!

These days, garlic is a staple in kitchens worldwide. From Italian and French to Asian and Middle Eastern cuisines, garlic is the MVP of flavor. Chefs and home cooks alike can’t resist its bold, irresistible taste.

So, are you ready to become a garlic-growing pro? Our Garlic: Garden-to-Table Recipe Card Kit has everything you need to get started. I’ll share all my secrets on how to grow your own garlic at home, from the different varieties (and which ones are my personal faves) to the best times to plant and harvest. Plus, I’ll give you the lowdown on storing your garlic, so it stays fresh and flavorful for as long as possible.

But that’s not all, folks! I’ve also included 20 drool-worthy garlic recipes! Get ready to use garlic in ways you never imagined. Trust me; your meals are about to go from “meh” to “oh my garlic!”

So, my fellow garlic lovers, what are you waiting for? Grab our new Garlic: Garden-to-Table Recipe Card Kit and embark on your garlic-growing adventure today! Your taste buds (and your health) will be forever grateful.

Happy growing and happy eating!
