Bacon-Avocado Fries

Who wouldn’t love low-carb fries? You can’t say no to anything wrapped in bacon. These low-carb “fries” turn a regular slice of avocado into something extraordinary. We’ve included an oven-baked version as well as an air fryer version below.

Instructions

    1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Slice each avocado into 8 wedges of equal size. Wrap each wedge in bacon, cutting the bacon as needed. Place wrapped wedges on a baking sheet, seam side down.
    2. Bake until then bacon is cooked through and crispy, 12 to 15 minutes.
    3. Serve with ranch dressing.
    1. Working in batches, arrange bacon-wrapped wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook at 400 degrees for 8 minutes until the bacon is cooked through and crispy.
    2. Serve warm with ranch dressing.
