4 zucchini
1 (28-ounce) jar marinara sauce
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F and lightly coat an 8×8-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
Using a spiralizer, turn the zucchini into zoodles with a medium thickness.
Toss the zoodles with the marinara sauce, cheese, salt, and pepper and transfer to the baking dish. Bake for 25 minutes, until warm and bubbling. Serve.
