Sage has many health benefits and one of the best—and easiest—ways to reap those benefits is by drinking Sage-Lemon Tea. Once brewed, this tea can be enjoyed hot or iced.

Instructions

  1. Bring the water to a boil in a medium pot.
  2. Turn the water down to a simmer and add the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Allow to steep 20 to 30 minutes (to taste), stirring occasionally.
  4. Strain out the leaves and lemon zest. Serve hot or let cool and serve iced.
