1/2 cup cubed melon (cantaloupe, honeydew, etc.)
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
2 to 3 tablespoons fresh basil leaves, chopped
Instructions
Put all ingredients into a blender.
Blend at high speed until the mixture is completely smooth.
