Ingredients

2 watermelon slices, cut into 4 triangle pieces each
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons honey
1 pint of grape tomatoes, quartered
4 ounces of fresh burrata cheese
1 handful of fresh basil leaves
Balsamic glaze, for drizzling

Instructions

Preheat your grill to medium heat.
Brush both sides of each watermelon triangle with olive oil, and season both sides with salt and pepper.
Drizzle honey over each watermelon triangle and grill for 2 minutes on each side, totaling 4 minutes on the grill.
Remove from grill and assemble 2 watermelon triangles per plate.
Cover with tomatoes, burrata, and basil leaves (if desired, you can chop the basil into like-sized pieces).
Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
Drizzle with balsamic glaze and serve!
