Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a bowl or a Mason jar. Add the Dijon after the oil, using the same tablespoon; it’ll slide right out!
  2. Shake all ingredients until emulsified.
  3. If the mixture is a little thick, add water a teaspoon at a time until mixture reaches the desired consistency.
  4. The balsamic vinaigrette will keep for two weeks in in an air-tight container in the refrigerator.
