6 lobster tails

1 cup diced fresh garden herbs (parsley, chives, tarragon)
Lettuce leaves
Sliced tomatoes

2 ripe avocados, mashed
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons virgin olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
Salt and cracked pepper to taste

6 top-split hotdog buns, or similar rolls of your choosing

Instructions
Grilled Lobster Tails:
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Butterfly the lobster tails and brush them with melted butter.
Grill for 4-5 minutes on each side, until the lobster meat is opaque and lightly charred.
Lobster Salad Mix:
Chop the grilled lobster tails into bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl, mix the lobster pieces with the diced fresh garden herbs.
Robust Avocado Dressing:
In a separate bowl, mash the ripe avocados and mix in lemon juice, virgin olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and cracked pepper until smooth.
Perfectly Grilled Buns:
Split the hotdog buns from the top.
Grill the buns with garlic and herb butter until golden brown.

Place a lettuce leaf on each grilled bun.
