Instructions

Grilled Lobster Tails:
1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
2. Butterfly the lobster tails and brush them with melted butter.
3. Grill for 4-5 minutes on each side, until the lobster meat is opaque and lightly charred.
Lobster Salad Mix:
1. Chop the grilled lobster tails into bite-sized pieces.
2. In a bowl, mix the lobster pieces with the diced fresh garden herbs.
Robust Avocado Dressing:
1. In a separate bowl, mash the ripe avocados and mix in lemon juice, virgin olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and cracked pepper until smooth.
Perfectly Grilled Buns:
1. Split the hotdog buns from the top.
2. Grill the buns with garlic and herb butter until golden brown.
