  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, Parmesan, egg, cooked spinach, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
  3. Stuff each cooked shell with the spinach and ricotta mixture and place them in a baking dish.
  4. Pour marinara sauce over the stuffed shells and sprinkle with shredded mozzarella.
  5. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
