Ingredients

10-12 ripe jalapeño peppers

Instructions

Remove stems from jalapeños and roughly chop them.
In a saucepan, combine chopped jalapeños, garlic, vinegar, and salt.
Simmer over low heat for 15-20 minutes until peppers are soft.

Strain through a fine mesh sieve for a smoother consistency.
