This simple, no-bake dessert combines creamy cream cheese with cookies-and-cream ice cream for a smooth base, topped with crushed Oreos for added crunch. Frozen to set, it’s a quick and indulgent treat that’s perfect for hot days or when you need a dessert in a hurry

  1. In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle, combine the cream cheese and ice cream. Beat on high for 5 minutes.
  2. Pour the mixture into a 9-inch cake pan and freeze for 1 hour.
  3. Remove from the freezer and top with crushed Oreos. Dip your knife in hot water before cutting into bars. Serve.
