Instructions

In the bowl of a stand mixer ﬁtted with the paddle, combine the cream cheese and ice cream. Beat on high for 5 minutes.
Pour the mixture into a 9-inch cake pan and freeze for 1 hour.
Remove from the freezer and top with crushed Oreos. Dip your knife in hot water before cutting into bars. Serve.
