  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the turkey and brown for 2 to 3 minutes. Add the garlic powder, cumin, salt, chili powder, paprika, and oregano. Stir to combine and continue browning the meat. Add the onion, 3/4 cup water, and the tomato sauce and cover. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for about 20 minutes.
  2. Divide the meat equally among the 8 lettuce leaves. Place a portion of the meat mixture in the center of each leaf and top with sour cream, cheese, avocado, tomato, and cilantro.
  3. Serve immediately.
