1 large head of broccoli, cut into small florets
Marinade:
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 garlic cloves, split
1 teaspoon sugar
2 teaspoons dill weed
Dip:
2 cups mayonnaise
1 to 1/2 tablespoons curry powder
1 tablespoon ketchup
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
Place broccoli in a large plastic zipper bag and pour marinade over. Seal and toss to mix thoroughly. Refrigerate overnight, turning a time or two.
The next day, drain the broccoli and arrange on a large, flat platter.
Mix the dip in a serving bowl and serve side-by-side with the broccoli, or with the broccoli surrounding the dip bowl.
